This privacy policy applies to the Social Tennis app ("the App"), developed and operated by Bernard Sakran ("we", "us", "our").
The App collects the following information provided voluntarily by users:
Player name — entered by the user when joining a session. This name is visible to other players in the same session and to the session administrator.
Payment status — recorded by the administrator to track session fees. No financial or payment card data is collected or stored by the App.
Player skill level — optionally provided or assigned by the administrator for the purpose of organising balanced matches.
Information collected is used solely to operate the Social Tennis app, including managing session rosters, organising match draws, and communicating session details to participants.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
App data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is stored on servers located outside Australia. By using the App, you consent to this data transfer.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to operate the App. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate the App (e.g. our database provider Supabase).
Player names and session information are visible to other participants within the same session group.
The App is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address below.
